1. Delivery of Goods
- Standard goods and accessories are usually delivered within 3–4 working days from the date of order confirmation.
- Delivery is made to the address provided at the time of ordering.
2. Delivery of CNC Machines
- CNC machines are built to order.
- Typical delivery time is 4–6 weeks from receipt of deposit, although this may vary depending on the specific model and current production schedule.
- The estimated delivery date will be confirmed in your order confirmation and is subject to the quote provided.
3. Delivery Charges
- Delivery charges (if applicable) will be shown at checkout or confirmed in your quotation.
- For CNC machine packages, delivery and installation are usually included as part of the turnkey package (as stated in your quotation).
4. Installation
- Professional installation and training are included with CNC machine orders (where stated in your package).
- Installation will be arranged once the machine has been delivered to your premises.
5. Delivery Delays
- While we aim to meet estimated delivery dates, delays may occasionally occur due to production schedules, component availability, or logistics issues.
- We will keep you informed of any significant changes to your delivery date.
6. Risk and Ownership
- Risk in the goods passes to you upon delivery.
- Ownership of the goods remains with Synergy CNC Ltd until full payment has been received.
7. Failed Delivery
- If delivery cannot be completed due to incorrect address details or no one being available to accept the delivery, additional charges may apply for re-delivery.
