Terms of Service – Synergy CNC Ltd

1. Introduction
These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern the purchase of CNC routers and related services from Synergy CNC Ltd ("we", "us", or "our"). By placing an order, you agree to these Terms.
2. Orders and Deposits
- All CNC routers are built to order.
- A non-refundable deposit is required to begin production.
- The deposit amount will be confirmed in your order confirmation.
3. Refunds and Cancellations
- Standard orders may be cancelled and refunded within 31 days of the order date, subject to these Terms.
- Built-to-order CNC routers are only eligible for a refund minus the deposit. The deposit is non-refundable once production has started.
- Refunds will be processed within 14 days of cancellation approval.
- Custom modifications or additional services are non-refundable once work has commenced.
4. Delivery
- General goods are usually delivered within 3–4 days.
- CNC machines have a typical lead time of 4–6 weeks from receipt of deposit, subject to the quote provided at the time of order.
- Delivery dates are estimates and may vary depending on production and logistics.
5. Warranty
- All machines come with a 2-year parts warranty covering manufacturing defects.
- The warranty covers parts only and does not include call-out charges or labour costs.
- The warranty does not cover misuse, unauthorised modifications, or damage caused by improper use.
- Full warranty terms are provided with your machine documentation.
6. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Synergy CNC Ltd shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our products or services.
7. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
